BTW, Chris, my screen name is the name of my old farm I owned back from 2005-2009. I had 25 production ponds, grew catfish, rainbow trout, prawns, and a few other varieties. I sold it and needed to figure out what I was going to do iththe rest of my life, so I returned to washing. Honestly, when I joined RCIA, I hadn't even figured out the name of my business yet, but Spray Wash was born shortly thereafter!

We had Prawns in Seattle, you can't hardly find Shrimp out there.

I still prefer Pink Gulf Shrimp, never tried farm raised Prawns.
