Lack of motivation happens a lot when owning your own business... The daily minutia wears us out. The only way to stay motivated is by being inspired. Find something about your business, what it does or what it can allow you to have to inspire you. Find something that tickles your stomach like a 12 year old going to Disneyland, then you'll feel energized and ready to kick ass.
use the one truch as service and the second as an estimator(you). You handle the calls and estimates and let your employees handle the service. When you out grow that add another service truck with 2 more guys and then bam (2 service truck) (1estimate vehicle).

Mike- If you are not doing the work then the phone shouldn't be an issue. If you are on one call and another comes in politely say hold please ,switch over and grab that persons info and tell them you will call them back in 5 min. , then go back and finish your original call. If you stop doing the work it will be alot easier.
