New Homeowners, Wanted their house cleaned up!

Just wanted to share a job we did the other day for a client who was most appreciative of our services.  We performed roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter scrubbing, gutter protection with GutterBrush, and surface cleaning.  The clients exisiting full cover/slotted gutter protection system was not performing well, in that we found two large birds nests (no babies) in the gutters underneath his covered protection.  Prior to that we took our water hose to the top of the roof and gentley let the water run down the roof and witnessed the majority of the water going right over the solid covered protection.  Owner said put in the GutterBrush and throw those other ones away.  I believe the pictures tell the story...

I sure did, I have not heard from them yet, but my recent experience is that new home buyers are willing to spend money on their new purchases, trying to connect with them is the challenge, hitting the Realtor market for referrals. The new buyer's total for the above work was almost 1,000.

Surface cleaning is the most inexpensive that a HO can do to improve a property, and yet it yields instant results, I always remind clients that your shoes are walking on mold, algae, and dirty surfaces right on to your clean carpeting and into the house. We use hot water @ about 175 degrees, our surface cleaner was expensive, but it has produced good income and results. We do the edges with a wand, and control the pressure with a throttle control. We have a 30ft extension for high work. We are expanding into limestone restoration and concrete sealing next spring. We see a lot of window sills and limestone caps and stone features that have a lot of algae, mold, and pollutants that have penetrated the stone given it's porous nature. When we pressure wash limestone, most often all we get is the surface, then the below surface inhabitants continue to move to the surface. Gum removal can be difficult, alcohol and sugar works it way back out of concrete to the surface, and while the gum itself is removed, the stain can reappear. LA Awesome is a secret for gum removal. We use Purple Power for a degreaser on oil stains.

Just read your post from Nov, 2011.

I did a freebie last weekend for the IL National Guard Armory in Joliet. Power washed the facade over the front doors. I noticed that I left a fair amount of embeded dirt.  What the secret of getting the down deep dirt out.  I might be having a bank to do and U would like to do a better job.

What about using a turbo nozzle? I have a cold water unit 4 gpm-4000 psi
