Also give Ray a shout (Spray-Wash). He does a lot of commercial work also. As a side note, the condition of that flat roof is in very bad shape. Looking at that one picture, that patch on top of the patch that is on top of the other patch..... might need a patch! confuse

Wow Troy  that roof is in bad shape, a lot of blistering going on, here is my opinon, I would clean it with a weaker roof cleaning mix, minus TSP if you use that, I my self would do a very low pressure rinse.. I also would go do a test area before signing this one up , I feel it will clean up nice but its not going to solve all their problems. a good detergent is also going to be needed for all those other polluntants on there..

tell me what you think ? you have been cleaning for sometime

Dave

Hey Bill Booze  what do  you think ?

Have talked with maintainence director at school and have found out some of the roof is covered in a PVC coated fabric and the other part is some sort of spray foam application. Can/should I use same mix both?

Dave, why no tsp? What about alcohol, I'm thinking use a sh/water/simple green/thickener.

You know Troy after i posted that I was thinkning why not TSP also , guess it there is no sky lights it would be an aggresive cleanser...

I say do a 2x2 test area on both areas, fabricate and foam...

The rubberized fabric will clean up with 10% SH, the metal may need 15 % and a couple of applications to remove the stains. The real heavy stained white flat roof I'd going to be a booger. You'll need some type of pressure (low) and volume to remove the crud after you kill it. More, bigger and better than a 12 volt can deliver. Don't be SH about your mixture, honestly I'd shoot it all at about 25%. trust me you'll be rinsing for a long time, don't worry about over chemicaling, you need the help to break the adhesion. Lots and lots of surfactant and detergent will be key here.
