Hi Long and welcome aboard ... since there's a communication issue, perhaps you might want to reach out to somebody via cell phone to make life easier on yourself.
I personally have never cleaned a tile roof as I'm in the Northeast, however there are plenty of people on this site that do, Florida certainly comes to mind.
Hopefully somebody will reach out to you, but if you're having trouble comprehending some of the content, and don't hear from anybody offering help, just send out a PM or give a phone call to somebody in an area that cleans tile.
Welcome to RCIA!! Hope this will serve you well in your new business venture. Read as much as you can and yes you may choose to rinse due to the lack of rain, the run-off is going to be an issue. Any customer will want to see the results pretty quickly, so if I had to, I would rinse. There will be more challenges with rinsing, ie: blacktop driveways, plants and the like. You will get much help and do be shy to pick up the phone and call someone here. Chris T is not shy when it comes to educating about cleaning roofs, just hit him or someone else with a pm first to check schedules.

First i wanted to say hi to everyone, specially to MR. Tucker. I don't write good, but
i work hard. Now i need to work smarter. I need help. I know i found right place.
Your guys are awesome.
I am new in pressure washing business and want to clean roof.
I living in san jose, ca have lot of dirty tile roof.I did 2 roofs by pessure washing
and i hate it. I like the to clean without pressure and no rinse, but where i live is no
rain, only rain season.
I did READ READ READ but didn't get it. Would anyone tell me how to mix chemical for
tile roof. Most roofs here have something green stuff on it. Thanks so much.
You asked how to mix chemical for tile roof cleaning.
You will need a large poly tank.
At a pool store, have them pump in 50% Chlorine. Add water and during adding the last 10 gallons, put in a large bottle of Dawn dish liquid-so that it mixes in well.
Then you just need a pump, hoses and spray gun to apply it.
If you wet it down well enough, it will look clean when you finish it. { Keep the areas you are working in wet-don't let them dry out }
So, you will not need rain or rinsing, UNLESS the house does not have gutters-then you should-in your "NO RAIN" situation, spend your first 20 minutes on each job watering the plants down near the house and saturating the ground.
Then, buy 8 or ten 8'x10' plastic tarps and cover plants wherever there are no gutters.
You might want to put plastic garbage bags on any gutter downspouts and rinse them out and take them away in 5 gallon buckets.
Then remove the tarps and water, water, water for another 20 minutes or more.
Being that you are new-you might want to go back the next day and water more.
Then start checking your jobs a week later, to be sure you have not damaged plants.
If you see you have, tell the owners you will replace them that week.
I probably forgot something?
But that's most of what you need to know.
