Just banning current IP is not enough. You probably need to ban a range of addresses coming from his Internet service provider. May want to contact the ISP and explain the situation and find out what range to block since he's most likely on a dynamic IP service. Isolate him w/o isolating everyone in his area.

He hasn't been a moderator since the new ones were named on Talkshoe. I guess you missed that. At one point he had DSP under his avatar because he was on Double Secret Probation. Hell, you and I could put "good lookin' mo-fo" under our avatars, but it doesn't mean it would be true. BTW, are y'all getting any of the heatwave? It is pretty obviousd who gave him the new password. I will try and get Chris to go with the new plan to authorize who can get in since some people have no intention of following the rules.
