I'm really not sure why you're so upset. I've always treated both you and your company with the utmost respect, and can't understand why you would try to cripple my promotional post.

With all the dirty roofs in Lewes, Delaware, there should be plenty of room for a RCIA Premium Certified Member whose company is licensed in both Maryland and Delaware. I know you serve the entire state of Delaware. Does that mean that you "can’t get work in your own area so you have to go and pick scraps where you can get them"? No. It means you are working hard to grow your company in this down economy.

As for you redoing my work........I find that unbelievable and truly sad. You see Glen, I am the most thorough and maticulous person I know and I am often told this by my customers. I treat every job as if I was working on my own home and guarantee complete customer satisfaction. I can't remember (in the 10 years I've been in business) ever being called for a job that wasn't completed or a customer that wasn't satisfied. Instead I recieve thank you cards weekly from happy customers stating how incredible there house and roof look, or how they couldn't believe the results of the roof cleaning.

In Maryland I am constantly competing with 3 other RCIA guys. We all continue to fight for rank on google, whether it be with promotional posts or our websites, and we often bid on the same jobs. Guess what? We all get along! All 4 of us attended the National Cleaning Expo in Tampa Florida and enjoyed discussing cleaning methods and marketing ideas. Professional competition can do several things for you. One of which is spreading the word of Non Pressure Roof Cleaning, educating customers on the process and in return making more work for all of us. The second and I think the most important, is getting the contractor (whether it be you, me, or anyone else) out of that comfortable rut. This is where you get when you have no competition and you start taking what you have for granted. Professional competition keeps you on top of your game and keeps you extremely motivated always looking for new ideas to grow your company.

I'll continue to wish you well Glen, and look forward to your competition in the future.
