advice from some pressurewashers please

just wondering if some of you guys that do pressurewashing could give me some advice on pricing a job. i have a customer that wants me to clean and seal a 60'x120' tennis court. never sealed concrete before. what are you guys thoughts. mostly concerned with what to charge. thanks in advance. james

It really depends what product you are spec'ing for the job. As a painter I would say Sealcrete from Sherwin Williams. But its not cheap so you have to factor your product choice into your square footage. You really gotta watch the weather for this project as rain will make the product look cloudy. Also be careful how much product you put down. More is not necessarily better. Its not poly you have to keep it thin. Good luck

I was at the PWNC networking event in Myrtle Beach back in February and the Seal n Lock guy said they have a contract to clean and seal all the tennis courts at the US Open in Flushing Meadows NY.

I was impressed. That's about the best reference you can get.
