I wont cring when the phone rings again!!! LOL!! It's not all that. I dont answer the phone for new work AGAIN! This year. Only did it once last year?
I call it pulling the brakes. I did it once last year. It's a rude thing to do. Dont return voicemails for new work. over 65 in past months, 4 weeks.
Its been really crazy the past few months! Worse than last year! Yea its gonna slow down... Still got about 4 5 more weeks. Went on the edge and bought an estimating truck. Grocery getter. Get estimates done quicker. Contracts! Better customer service!!!
Looks like a clean truck Mike. Glad to hear you're slammed with work. Sounds like you should hire someone just to answer the phone, and return calls. It would free up a lot of time for you to do estimates. Let off the brakes, full throttle ahead brother.
Nice ride Mike! I had to get a new sales truck/grocery getter/toy hauler too. Mine got the best of the blue Corolla, but they both ended up bound for the salvage yard.

Everyone Ok? That looks like a bad one
We all walked away. Even my little dog survived. Thanks for asking Eric.
That crazy Ted- It sure dosent take long to crinkle some metal huh? @ Mike thats a nice ride! I been shopping for a new truk but may just do some fix up on my old one-Turbo injectors and tires we are good for awile
I'm not sure, but the money saved in gas doing estimates should cover insurance for the small truck. So I kinda got a 2nd truck for free? I'll know the mileage I get after doing estimates this weekend! Heres the pic how we are now!
Oh and I got rims ordered for the Ranger too!
Got a question. Are white lettered tire not cool anymore or still cool looking???

Well got the truck some rims and a toolbox today. I really need to get estimates done. Oh also bought a floor jack, 4 way for the lug nuts, and jumper cables. Thats in the tool box so far.
What else could, should be in the tool box? Socket set? This is just a sales truck.
Should have my new estimating truck by the end of the week.
95% of my roof cleaning estimates are done from the internet. If I'm close by I might stop and look at it....otherwise I bid them within 5-10 minutes of the call. We can bid, close, take the order, enter it in the dispatch/schedule program, send a confirmation, navigate to it, time track it (check in/out) and swipe a credit card when done and close the job out.....all from a mobile phone. We are 100% mobile and all the data is in the cloud and accessable to all my staff via PC or smartphone. We even send a MMS image/message when done.
I did 2 estimates over the internet. one when I got there access to the roof was 5 stories, couldnt see that on the image, and the other the house was in the woods. couldnt see the house. I'm just not having the luck alot of guys are with it. There are other advantages to having a lil 4 banger tooo!
