I've searched the forum but could not find anything on overcoming common objections. This is a sales tool that lists common concerns that potential customers might have when you're pitching your services. For each concern, it gives an explanation that overcomes the concern. For example, a concern about the process damaging the landscaping. The counter to that would be an explanation of the watering process during the cleaning application. I have found bits and pieces but wondered if someone has already collaborated a list of common objections into one document.
I wish there was. I have been tackling them 1 at a time as they come up. (win a few / loose a few) Some of these guys have FAQ sections on there websites that come in handy.

Anticiapte every concern or objection and have a semi-canned, yet accurate response for each in your quiver. If you get caught off guard by one, think it through very carefully and then add it to your arsenals so that it doesn't happen again.
After a little while, you'll have all of the bases covered as there are only so many valid concerns.

Dave,
Sounds like you have found a few things to start making a list... We surely won't mind if you put something together, post it and then we can refine it, use it as is or just not give it any thought. It is good to have your thoughts and opinions. Most have been very helpful!
The more you sell the easier this becomes. When I get a customer on the phone I do most of the talking and go through a step by step explanation of what we do and how we do it. At the end of the conversation I will ask if there are any questions, usually it's "When can you book me?"
