You Go Joe ! What a Softwashing Job! This has Got to be THE Biggest Commercial Soft Wash Cleaning Job I have ever seen! Everyone welcome my PERSONAL good friend Joe Crowder to the RCIA Forum!
Joe and I go way way back, and he is truly an expert in his field of Commercial Soft Washing. Joe does the big Commercial stuff, and don't even advertise Commercial Soft Washing. In fact, he don't even have a website. He doesn't need one, because big Commercial Cleaning Jobs seek him out, by word of mouth.
2 million feet won't even fit in a normal sized thread!
LOL, it sure was a huge softwashing job. Soft Wash is so much better then straight pressure washing, and lasts a lot longer too.
We softwashed the tile faces in a shopping mall once. To get to the tiles, we sat on top of our box truck as it drove slowly. I softwashed the shopping mall tiles that way. Commercial Softwashing in Florida is very competitive Chris. The money we saved from not having to rent a lift to Soft Wash that Shopping Mall here in Florida was nearly all our profit on the job.
No way could Joe from SW Restoration have done this job w/o a lift. If you look, I think I counted 3 different lifts ? Did any of you notice that BIG diameter hose ?
LOL, a 3/4 or 1 inch Hose. I once had a roof to shoot, and just could not quite hit a top section. I had 250 feet 5/8 hose, at that time. So, I drove to Grainger, and got 100 feet of 1 inch cheap hose, and used it for that one job. Actually, it became my 'shoot hose', and easily allowed me to hit spots the smaller, longer hose just would not reach.
It was like having a new pump with that shorter, big hose.
