What does everybody do with their empty SH drums? Do you sell them, make rain barrels, use them for another set up etc....

Hi Nino.  I refill mine over and over.  Even if I had my supplier deliver, they'd pump the SH in to my vat, or a rented vat.

I bought my drums from a guy who sold them from his farm property.   I guess there is a market for them , rain barrels as you've mentioned, bio diesel storage etc?

is that  a steelie in your Avatar picture? Nice!

Sorry for going off topic - I love trout fishing and have said for years I was going to head to western PA and try my hand at steel heads.  Haven't made it there yet. Some day!  Until then, it's 10-12" pan sized trout  cry.gif  Catch a couple for me, would ya!?

Nino,

There are companies such as the Container Exchanger that buy and sell new and used drums.

Keep them and start buying your SH in bulk. I have 8 of them in my garage and my SH supplier fills them for me every 2 weeks.

Some reason Univar never charged me for them. I give mine to a friend for $5 a pop
