We should really get into cleaning canvas awnings.You guys do great work cleaning canvas awnings in Greenville. Any tips? What's your favorite product?

We used 2gal SH, 1oz hang tite, to 30gals water.

We let it sit for 5-10min retreat if needed.

Always do test spots first*

I would never have thought you could use SH on cloth let alone BLACK! Won't it bleach it out & make it brittle like it does your cloths?

Doesn’t SH deteriorate fabric or is that only with repeated uses? Mamma taught us not to use too much bleach when washing our whites because it will wear out the fabric...lol

It was a weak mix that they used. As long as you rinse it when done. Rinse really good and it will be fine. I thought it would bleach it out but with a weak mix and a couple applications we where good! I told the guys to do a test spot first let sit for 10min and see the results. It work out well! and it will stay cleaner longer becaue we KILLED the Mold and Algea!
