Nice Looking tile roof cleaning Right?  Well yes but maybe Not,

This tile roof was pressure washed poorly in my opinion and though it looks decent from the far away on the ground and driving past this contractor missed some important steps in a proper tile roof cleaning.

What are the defects that you feel may be missed by the untrained eye?

Please feel free to point out what your take is on this being acceptable?

Is there going to be a re-occurance  of algae issue far sooner than later?

Any one agree this is lacking in workmanship?

 LOL, you caN see ALL THE MISSED SPOTS FROM THE ROOF CLEANING, oops, sorry about the caps!

Pressure washing a roof only scatters the roof algae, it does not kill it. This roof cleaning customer will soon get another letter from his homeowners association. I know Bradenton has some pretty strict HOA's.
