Looking for any input on this job. It's a day camp & there are approximately 40 biuldings on the property. Most of them are old, don't have gutters, and are in horrific condition. Just looking for any input as this will be my 1st time doing something like this. I've only done 2 other roofs and they weren't in bad condition and had gutters.
Just got it. I offered 3 packages and he went with least expensive option, 15 1000 square ft cabins. Since I've never cleaned anything this dirty, I'm concerned about the application process. Is there anything additional I should do given how old & dirty the roofs are or is it just business as usual?
They will likely take more than one application, I'd say. Start out with a strong mix and go from there! Do you have access to water for dilution? No gutters will be a challenge, but you'll have it down pat after a couple of cabins. That's a great way to start the season, man!

Make sure nothing looks structurally damaged, other than that, keep your ground guy busy and use a bit more surfactant to help the mix cling to the roof better so you can slow down the run off. Nice grab man!

Let your mix do it's thing, just learn to trust it. It will take some experimenting but you'll figure it out. I would get rid of the dawn if it was me. There are pleanty of recommendations on surfactant on here. I know why David asked the question.

i'll have access in about a week, hopefully the weather will cooperate ... i'm hoping he'll have me back to do the rest of the property, that would really be a nice way to get started

Curious??? What would be your 3 packages??? you either clean it or you don't!

there are 40 buildings on the property, one was for 15, one for 30, the other for all 40
If your worried about burning the grass you can always lay out plastic on it and keep it well diluted on the plastic before it gets to the green stuff.
