The LBK Fl. homeowner was in need of getting his roof repaired, but before the work is to be finished a roof cleaning was in order.
Long Boat Key is a beautiful place and most homes are high end homes. This was a 6000 square ft. tile roof that had copper dormers and gutters. The job went great and the owner was very pleased with the results.
The copper dormers and gutters were an additional task to deal with but we had no issues at all.
The weather in Florida was perfect for this day to clean this tile roof and now the roof repairs can be done.

The Homeowner is really happy and Randy has some ideas for his tile roof repairs because the roof is older and to get a color match is a bit difficult.
