We've completed a couple more early season roof cleaning projects in Fairfax Station. One was a single story home about to go on the market, and the other was a larger two story home in the subdivision of Fairfax Station.
As always, our 42' lift is with us on all jobs. We use it to perform the roof cleanng process without setting foot on the roof in most cases, and it provides a great aerial platform for a final, visual inspection. In the aerial picture below, the roof of the two story Fairfax Station home is still wet from our non-pressure process, yet the unsightly stains are long gone.
Another beautiful job by American-ProTech. I bet you have a lot of algae covered roofs in the Fairfax Station/Clifton area. That area is full of beautiful homes on wooded lots. It's a good thing you have that lift so you can safely and professionally soft wash all those homes in Northern Virginia between Rt. 123 and Centreville.
