Given this question is asked by many. I made some calls and verified.

RCIA, Roof Cleaning Institute of America is owned "solely" by Chris Tucker of Apple Roof Cleaning, Tampa, Fla. RCIA was started by Chris to assist and train future roof cleaning business owners in the roof cleaning profession. Thus the forum.

RCIA the ORG. was something that came out of the forum and is totally separate and apart. At the time the ORG was started AC Lockyer signed for the corp. RCIA ORG.

Legally they are two separate and apart entities.

So to put it in simple and legal terms:

Chris Tucker owns RCIA the forum solely.

AC Lockyer owns the RCIA ORG. the Corp. solely.

So for those who think they are one and the same you are misunderstanding.

RCIA.ORG serve at the pleasure of RCIA the forum or Chris Tucker.

Chris Tucker is also the President of RCIA the corp. but because the shares are still assigned to AC lockyer, he has the controlling interest/shares in the Corp. and legally owns the RCIA Corp.
