Some of the best advice and training was in the 2009 & early 2010 posts. I spent hours after hours of reading and today I have a roof cleaning service.
In the first two months of operations my business paid for itself with a profit. This was all done in a area of the country where homeowners have not heard of roof cleaning.
I did this right from this forum for free.

It goes on and on. There isn't one thing you cannot find on this forum when it comes to roof cleaning or a roof cleaning business. It's all free.
You ask the majority of businesses on here where they learned the profession and they'll tell you this forum. Ask them also how much it cost them?
So can it be done on here? I'd say the numbers speak for them self. Yes!
This forum offers one the of the best Networking opportunities there is for building a successful roof cleaning business. Your have a number of members that own successful roof cleaning businesses and are willing to share with other members.
What's the cost? $100.00 membership to network.
I have called a number of members to get feedback/advice. I have had some call me. What's the cost? Your time and the phone call!
Why try to make a mountain when the mole hill works just fine?
As to degrees, titles, certifications, etc., the workplace is full of people with a list of such behind their name. Ask them how that is working for them? Their begging for work!
There is no one person that has all the answers to any one thing, to think so or to represent such is pie in the sky thinking!
Everything in life takes a collective effort and Networking is a collective effort.
So how about we go back to the basics and start networking?
Agree 100% !!! Back in March of 09 when I found the RCIA it was loaded
with good advice coming from true veterans and I was addicted to this site ! Now I feel like I'm wasting my time reading through some of this crap.
Thanks for your input Roger. We need to get back some of the members like yourself that have so much to offer but don't come on for all the drama. I thought the Lori issues was bad, she was nothing compared to what is happening now. Time for a change in direction. Stay tuned!
