Has anyone done work for motels?I have been doing some driving in my area and I have seen a few motels that are in need of some roof cleaning all of them are tile roofs and big!I was wondering if anyone has some good advice on making up some contracts to clean all there motel franchise's!Any idea's would be great!
Here's my experience: The smaller owner operated ones are usually too cheap/budget conscious to have to project done. Thats not to say they won't just many times they don't.
The larger corporate or MGT company hotels can be very good to work for, its just takes FOREVER to get approved or for the person in charge to make to decision, but then they call you three months after your proposal and want you to start the next day.
They can be a GREAT source of income! Also, once your are in with one, its easier to get the next. They have a big of a "keeping up with the Jones" mentality.
