Roof Cleaning Memphis TN

Well Rodney, I hope you have a great roof cleaning season up in Memphis. I was in Memphis once, not to clean roofs, but to eat BBQ! There was a place in a bad part of town in Memphis that had really good BBQ.

Rendesvous, Interstate, Neelys. All in bad parts of town. Thats why their BBQ is good. They know better than to mess it up!! I had dinner with the Neelys. Cool folks.

I was ok in those parts of Memphis, during the day. But no way was I going to those parts of Memphis at night to eat BBQ! I also saw quite a few dirty roofs when i was up there, but I was not there to do any roof cleaning in Memphis.

Chris, did you get you some BBQ up in Memphis, are were you too busy looking at all them dirty roofs needing cleaning ?
Down here, a lot of places boil ribs, add some smoke flavor, throw em on the grill and CALL it "BBQ".  That good, corn fed Pork you all take for granted up north is not always to be had here. If there are 2 things every roof cleaner I have ever met have in common, it is fishing, and making/eating good BBQ!  Just like roof cleaning can't be hurried, same with making good BBQ.
