Here are some business forms in MS Word and Excel.  They can be modified for use with your business.  Granted some a general in nature but the basic concept is there.  The Excel forms are fully functional, just remember to save with a different file name.

You may like them or not.  Some of you have been in business quite awhile and have most if not all of some form of these outlines.  This is given as a general help to increase, enhance your business.  With all the back and forth about being more professional these documents may help those in there search to be better organized.
