The Miller Family traditions are:

When the tree is decorated, my dad use to put the hand made ornament of a bird in a nest onto the tree, when he passed away, I was give the ornament for xmas and I have done this task ever since.

One Present on Xmas eve for the kids (done this since I was a kid)

I stand outside the kids bedroom window shaking bells while my wife gets the kids worked up.....only one little one left :(

Smoke a ham over Cherry wood for about 8 hours....thats what I am doing now...mmmm

Xmas Day:

The usual....then tons of food!

I play with the kids games!!! The best part!!
