Apparently there is a shortage of quality roof cleaners in the State of Washington.
Have had some luck in the Inspectors forum, he only has 2 guys he can refer HO to the rest are pressure washing roofs. Ugg! He has also spoken about the cleaning of cedar shake roofs as a big problem. Guys are destroying roofs in Washington.
Like to bring these contacts together, if possible. Great PR if we can network.

Here is one roof cleaners process in Washington

There are two methods that Jet Clean™ will use to clean your roof. The primary method and most effective is by using pressurized Water and Air Cleaning or the other method is simply by using high pressured Air Cleaning Only. These choices are determined by the age and the condition of your roof. The judgment of our inspector along with the final determination of the actual service personnel doing this work for you, who will also determine (as a back up) which process we will use for your home. Both processes are preformed on all types of roofing surfaces.

Using pressurized Water and Air Cleaning… This process is far and above the best and most effective cleaning solution for your healthy roof. It will strip away all of the moss, debris and surface age from your roof. Leaving your roof nice and clean along with that “new looking roof” look that will help your home, look it’s best. At Jet Clean™ we actually have the capability to change the pressure settings along with the water volume settings for your roofs specific needs. The Jet Clean™ standard setting is 4.3 GPM at 1600 PSI consistent. At Jet Clean™ we won’t over book our service personnel with jobs and we take our time to clean your roof properly.

Enjoy these web site guys! Holy Cow! Air Roof Cleaning???? Ok....

Huh? Air roof cleaning?

Now I know why that guy cannot stand roof cleaners! They just about all pressure wash the roof @1500psi.  or 1800psi...

Sent Bulldogs a pm, maybe this will bring him more work but from the looks of things he could keep busy with no problem.
