A friend of mine owns the building that he runs his home theater business out of.  Its at one of the busiest intersections in town.

I asked him if I could clean the badly stained roof of his small building for FREE - if he let me do 1/2 of it at a time and put some yard signs out advertising my business.  He said SURE...

I did the job this past Saturday when the weather was nice and sunny and about 74F.  Its got a lot of visibility, so, now I am just waiting to see if its going to cause people to pick up the phone.
