Prayers on the way that all turns out well.

jerry my prayers are with you and i know how you feel my 16 month old boy has to get surgery on thursday. He swallowed a penny and they have to remove it surgically. I need him healthy as well becuase he is going to be a allstar outfielder who can hit.

Thank you to everyone for all your thoughts and prayers. They worked!!
He is doing great! toughest little guy ever. In the recovery room they told us he would be out for quite a while but we were allowed to sit next to him while they were explaining everything to us. They said he may not recognize us for a few hours or so, which we totally doubted, and 2 minutes into them talking to us the little guy hears our voices and wakes up with no tears and a huge smile saying "dada," which my wife and I are both dada, at this point thats all he can say. They were just shocked at his recovery and said they can give him some clear liquid and he drank two 6 ounce pedialyte bottles with the doctors and nurses jaws on the floor. Sorry, I could go on and on here, I am just pumped up and very blessed.
He is doing great, out of the hospital and eating solids and everything looks like he is going to be a completely normal healthy boy. He may not crawl for a bit but that is the absolute least of our worries.

Also we do not have to list this on the NFL combine report, so it shouldn't hurt his football career.
