Re-using left over mix
Permalink

I have about 12-15 gallons of mix left over from Saturday, 3 days ago.  (SH, TSP, Dawn, ISP)

I am trying to land a job doing an apartment complex with 14 buildings.  I have provided before and after pics of our Non-Pressure Roof Cleaning, and told her I would do a free test sample to show the results.

Is this mix still good?  If I do a pre-test test and it appears to be a little weak, can I just heat it up with some fresh SH?

I thought I had read that it was ok to re-charge the mix a little.

Thanks

After two to three days, you won't really notice that much of a difference in the mix. I do it all the time. Sometimes I will have a mix sit in a truck for 10 days if I don't use that truck. I will only add about 2 to three gallons to a 20 gallon mix and it will perform just fine. Freshening works just fine. Play around with your mix and you will see what you have to do to make it workable in a very short time.
