Please use professional etiquette in this and all areas of the RCIA BB.

1. Do not mention, post pictures or compare another companies competitive product within another companies dedicated sub-forum.

2. Do not personally attack another vendor or member within this forum.

3. Use constructive criticism and advice. Leave rants and retoric for the private messaging system, e-mail or phone conversations.

4. Do not call out or taunt another vendor or member on this BB.

Steps to resolution of these issues by the RCIA.

Step One,  The RCIA moderator will address your misuse of the BB by PM or e-mail. You will be warned and placed on a 90 day probation. A letter of probation will be sent to you by the RCIA.

Step Two,  If the infractions continue, The RCIA Executive Board will vote to suspend your membership privileges for 30 days. A letter of suspension will be sent out by the RCIA.

Step Three, If after reinstatment the infractions continue, The RCIA Executive Board will vote to remove the member or vendor from its membership for the period of no less than 90 days and no more than one year. Once that term is completed the Executive Board will vote to reinstate. The motion will carry with a majority vote.

The RCIA Executive Board can also vote on lifetime bans from its membership and will do so to keep the community free from disruptive behavior. This requires a 2/3 super majority vote.
