Before & After Pictures Cedar Shake Central Iowa
Permalink

These are the pictures I talked about of the cedar shake job we finished last week. They only went with a cleaning. Wish we could have sealed, it would have popped. The back came out as good as the front. A realtor called me about the home owner wanting a roof cleaning. Turns out a buyer had issues with the roof appearance. The home owner called and said she closed with the buyer. I am not saying the cleaning closed the deal, but it didn't hurt! LOL
The after picture was an overcast day, been having alot of rain here.

Nice work, maybe the new owner might want the sealing done? Contact the Realtor and let them know you can help preserve the roof as well for longevity. Maybe they might want it being the roof was an issue before.

Already talked to the realtor and will take to new home owners. Realtor didn't want to talk new costs while closing the deal.

Thanks for the feedback bro.

Worked it off chicken ladders. Sodium Percarbonate, sprayed it.
