So Mike, if a house is painted aluminum you should not use TSP?  Good to know.  What will TSP do to the paint?  Any other situations to not use TSP anybody?

In your opinion Dwayne should I stay away from TSP starting out and learning to control my spray or just be sure to rinse good?

Here in Salem there are a lot of older homes with dirty roofs.  I will take your advice Dwayne until I become good at spraying.  How much of a difference is there between a batch of love with tsp vs. no tsp?

TSP
Tri-sodium Phosphate will: remove chalky paint, remove old and weathered paint, etch glass, leave a film on most everything unless rinsed well, and deglaze or degloss most any finish.

If you are prepping for a new paint job or are extremely confident in your spray technique that's one thing. I personally only use it to prep a surface for repainting.
