12V Delavan pumps on portable Sprayer unit.

I just finished the upgrade job to this 26gal. portable sprayer. Just need to add a cover over the pumps. We've been using Delavan 5850's and been happy with their preformance. So now we added Da Fatboy so we can switch over for distance on bigger jobs. We roll this baby right up to the house and then pump chemicals from main tank on trailer to this unit and add ach\surfact as needed. Soooo we only have to use 100' of hose on the sprayer for best results, and usually never have to move it. When we do it rolls easy on that big wheeled dolly.

I think you should trade out the battery with a gel cell battery if you are gonna have it on it's side like that. Other wise looks good.

Does the lid on the tank ever leak?.  That would be my only worry.

When we set the tank up to spray it's laying down...
We never move it around when it's full or almost...
If it was standing up it would have to be at least
2/3rds full for it to be at the lid...
No worries...SWEET

I spent a couple of days working with Chris and Al in Arkansas last month. Their portable unit really works well. We did a fairly large 2 story house and only had to move the unit once during the job. They are doing real nice work cleaning roofs in Razorback country.

It's a great idea for doing park shelters and such. You may not always have enough hose.

Awesome idea!  roof cleaning

It looks like it would be awkward to move once it was full, so really the trick would be to put it in place near the house and then fill it up.

I love this idea.  worship.gif
