Hey folks I ordered a hose last fall from Lori at PWP it just happened to be defected, I called her to tell her and with out any questions she told me she would ship a new one out immediately at no charge.

I challenge you to get that kind of service any where else, anyone else would of said send it back and we will look at it bla bla bla, been there and done it. Well guess what I don't order from those place any longer or recommend them.

That's incredible..... how did it fail? (rupture in the middle, at the end, or something else?)

Thank you Clyde! It was a length of hose off of a 300' coil. The coil had tiny pin prick holes in it like a soaker hose. Thank God Clyde or anyone else was not injured or plants affected.
Defects happen. Should you ever be the unlucky buyer of defective merchandise, PWP pays for shipping to and from and usually throws in something for free for the inconvenience.

I also have always got great customer service from Lori at Pressure Washer Products.

If they did not have something in stock, they would have it drop shipped to me at no additional cost so I would get it quickly.

If they do not usually sell something, I have had them find it for me and get it to me.

More great customer service!

I just got some of the Stampede myself and are anxious to give it a try!

I also got some of the Amonyx M and want to try it on a steep tile roof soon!
