Very nice guy???? Ron how about showing post titled Envirospec Problem that was posted on PWI.If you recall,I called and got your permission to post it..

For those who didnt see this post

I called and inquired about item #9854 in August sales paper.Talked to Mike about specs of machine and verified it had general pump..Placed order.Order came, opened box and had AR pump.Called espec and talked to Paul.He advised that John had made decided to put that pump on that unit cause he felt it was better fit... Asked to speak with John about the matter, since I had just receivedan email for the Allison signature series in which he states his pump of choice is general.Made several attempts to alow them to ractify the situation. No response..

Post on pwi with permission and leave my Tele #.Didnt get no call but when got home for work I start reading replies from John Allison.Start to po0st my reply and thread is removed.
Admin felt need to remove due to unprofessionalism on Johns part..

Was told ,should have gave them time to fix the problemThis person was not aware of previous attempts to rectify problem on my part.iIN THE TIME IT TOOK TO POST HIS RANT AND SHOW HIS STUPIDITY, HE COULD HAVE CALLED ME DIRECTLY.

Was told ,would switch pump for additional $300 .

When I first started using it, I had to change my chemical ratios because I was so used to the other injectors I was using that didn't draw enough chemical.

I put the SSS on and found out it was cleaning TOO fast. I really cut back on the mix ratios.

No Sir. Even gave them chance to discount another none with the right pump. Was tol unit price was now $2500.. Later on in one of their flyers they had several belt drives for sale.
I will find that flyer and give month when return home.

My dealings with them were filled with lies and no customer service. To this day, have not heard from John..

I have been buying things from envirospec for 12 years, but now I found a supplier that I am much happier with, which is PWP.

I have basically quit mail ordering things because they always seem to be cheap quality everytime, I don't like sacraficing quality to save momey so I quit mail ordering.

But of last year I gave PWP a try and I was happy very happy with their products, knowledge, and service. I would feel safe making a major purchase through them, and I will when needed to be.

They Cyclone may be a polyproylene and nylon pump with fiberglass reinforcement. These pumps do not last for the kind of work that the RCIA members require.

Sodium Hypochlorite attacks the fiberglass and causes breakthrough leaks the size of pinholes. They are quite expensive. The cost is between $1895 and 2695. According to Udor, sodium hypochlorite gas breaks down the integrity of the fiberglass within the nylon. At 200 psi, one must use a size 50, 60 or 70 nozzle. That is a lot of chemical to put up on the roof compared to other methods.

These systems are expensive compared to $250 or $1135. The Cyclone runs between $1895 and $2695.

These are popular in the agricultural industry.

I love the Udor pumps, some of the best I have ever had.

Lori have you ever cleaned a roof, or even used a pump on a roof?

Fixing and repairing pumps and selling is alot different than being in the field sweetheart.

I fix them, use them and run them.

Manufactures ratings are BS, major manufactures under calibrate equipment all the time. Warnings are for liabilty!!!

I'll bet we might find similar warnings on any manufactures pumps.

The Allflo is a good Pump, but since the manufacturing has changed some of the vets I know that have been using them since 1991 are saying theres new problems happening.

We have a roof expert coming that Uses allflows who will be explaining the changes he is making.

This is the type of nonsense that isn't called for IMHO, Ron.

She stated facts that she has, you should limit you response to the same.
No need for the personal dig.
And the sweetheart comment especially.

I can tell you from my very little experience that SH will destroy anything given enough time and I certainly wouldn't want to go spending $2k plus on something that if you'll do a little research most RCIA guys talk against. ( I edited this last sentance slightly to be more accurate.)

I mean thanks for the info on the stuff, bring it on.
I love it. I love having tons of info.
But can we limit the comments about equipment to equipment.

Just seems like every single time she posts anything you respond.
If I were her I'd just go somewhere else with my business. I hope she doesn't but hell, this has become a hostile enviroment.

I love getting on this site and reading information and checking out things and learning how to run a better business.
But if this stuff continues, I'm out of here.

All of a sudden it has become the Ron Musgraves forum.

Please, just chill. You're doing a fine job putting all this together, let us have a chance to take it in and appreciate all the stuff, okay?

If I might be so bold as to make a request:

How about a shoot out?
Fat boy, cyclone, bobcat, all-flo, and whatever else in a shootout contest.
Let the machines do the talking.

That's right Lori, sounds like you've spoken to Chris or remembered reading his experience with these pumps.

I remember Chris saying his Udor pump suffered the same fate you have just warned us about.

Great post.

I'm lost....I simply stated and opionion that I know as fact. Similiar to the movie Back to School....manuals dont mean much.

I started out in Fleetwashing 25 years ago......udor will throw all those things it says it wont.

Second, that 3500 psi hose will actually work on 10,000 psi but it says not to use it.

99 percent of the PW on the market are under powered with Pumps that are rated way below the actual rating. Does that mean they dont operate at what they say?

I'm sorry you miss understood my post, I stand behind the facts I know from praticle use and knowing that Manufatcures ratings are only suggestions half the time or liability issues.

Thanks , Hope you understand now a bit better.

Enjoy the debate!!!!!!!
