People will always complain. The more business you do the more they will complain. We had a guy who got mad at us the other day because we could not replace his gutters. I referred him to a gutter guy in his area and he was just all upset we were not a one stop shop. People do what they do, and what you do is great.

My point..
forget about it.

Personally... if you had enough complaints to bother you than just don't do it. That's business, only takes a few to screw up a good thing, but having a hard time giving out something that you lose money on... no brain er. Just lose the freebies.

I like the freebies and will miss them, but you are not in business to give me free stuff at a loss. Look at your bottom line because that's why your in business.

Wow I didnt know you threw in lil freebees! On a wash job, I sometimes throw in there sidewalk for free. Depending on size. As a surprise to the customer. I dont always get WOM from it.

About your apple butter and fragrance. I'd like to try it. Its deff upscale roof washing. PWP deff knows about our needs in roof cleaning. And you guys know all the little quirks in our business too. Chris did a great job finding you!!!

Lori, I just got my order today and I felt like a kid at Christmas looking through the paper and packing material in the box in case I missed a freebie or sample. I would like to see them keep coming. Little gesture's like that go a long way. Thank's for the freebies.

Thanks for all the freebies you've sent me Lori.

The extra o-rings and stainless steel couplers come in handy.

BTW- Lori sells the best stainless steel couplers I have ever used.

They are the real General stainless couplers (not generic) and are very smooth and very durable and the price is great, much cheaper than Hansen or Parker stainless couplers.
The cheaper generic stainless couplers that other suppliers sell have nothing engraved on them will bust and rust.

I definitely could use some 1/2" 45 degree street elbows for my hose reels, thanks.

No other supplier will go above and beyond what you have done for us Lori, we all love you! Except for the few ungrateful ones, HA!

Things I like to see are "O" rings. You can never have enough. Maybe teflon tape, a hat, business cards, hose clamps...etc.

I already have your catalog, just wish it had a price list. I also have Delcos, not as nice lol.

Freebie or not, I am still loyal.

I think you supply to my local ps store in Leesburg..I go there for "can't wait items"

I know I don't order often because shipping kills me when I have o huge p/w supplier just down the road but free is awesome! I throw in free stuff to my customers sometimes also-sidewalk,gutters,driveway rinse. Its usually something you have to do anyway but can help you close a deal and sounds good to the customer

Most guys here are nuts, they complain about free stuff all the time. I know first hand, freebee are great!

Ron, if you are serious that you want to place a bonified order with Lori, then I apologize for my remark. I have know you longer than Lori and will allways consider you a friend even though we disagree sometimes.

But like Matthew said, you have been all over Lori lately and I understand why. But everyone I have talked to is fed up with the way you have been bullying her. Lori is one of the most pleasant vendors that I have dealt with and I buy from many. If this is another attempt to harass her, then please stop. We do not want to hear it anymore.
