Rol Air Air Compressors

We just picked up a used Rol Air Air Compressor
Ask any roofer, they are just about the very best compressor you can buy.
They make the Rigids look like a Toy
They can be had for 899.00 new, and can often be found used. There is NOTHING "wrong" with a used air compressor guys. As long as it has been taken care of, they can last a LONG time. We paid 450.00 used for this, a little high, but it was mint, and for sale nearby when our Rigid broke, and went Rigid.
Please, do not let the "high price' of an air compressor keep you from the advantages of an air diapraghm roof cleaning pump ?  it is no "sin" to buy a used air compressor.
TRY to find a good used Rol Air, if possible ?

The year was 1959. Our goal was simple: Produce the finest compressors known to mankind. Decades later, the goal remains the same. As a third-generation manufacturer known for quality and craftsmanship, Rolair compressors are built in the heart of Wisconsin exclusively for professional contractors. They appreciate our attention to detail, rugged performance and wide variety of options. But above all, they appreciate that our sole focus is compressors - nothing else.

So if you're looking for a "specialize-in-nothing" company concerned with nail guns, power tools and sales gimmicks, go to a box house, my friend. If, on the other hand, you're looking to partner with a company built on decades of industry knowledge, experience and unparalleled customer service, welcome to Rolair.

Weve built many homes using electric rol air wheel barrows. Tough as nails.

hey all, newbie Tex here. Versa matic came in today, hope its up to the job, looks kinda cute. waiting on some parts from PWP, who seemed nice and very helpful, even offered a military discount. still shopping for a compressor. those performance specs are pricey, and some manufactorers lie. sounds like rol air is the way to go.i'll post the out come as soon as i can get it all assembled. cant wait.

I kind of look at Rolair as the cadillac of compressors. We use 1/2 inch pumps, the 3/8 pumps require less air.

Nice, I was just looking into Rol Air and I'm happy to see a thread like this that reassures me that they're a great compressor...

They are a great air compressor, and the company is American !
They are nice people from up in Wisconsin, and they know their products. Air Compressors are their main business, unlike DeWalt and Rigid who make Toasters and Childrens Toy's, as well as paint guns, etc, etc, etc.
Rolair has parts, and the ability to fix most any of their older air compressors, if need be.
