I understand Mam, you are looking to save money in these hard times. Be aware if the other guy does not have workmans comp or insurance, you may be liable to pay his medical bills when he falls off your roof. If he does not fall off your roof, he may damage it, then you have to fix it at your expense if he does not have insurance.

I would not hire a guy to install electric wires in my attic if he was not a certified electrician.

I signed up with them for other parts of my business and have not been real happy with the leads I know some people get great business from them I used them for 2 months as a trial and just canceled

ServiceMagic is annoying, bidding war for a damn house wash and they usually go for the lowest price. This year we have gotten far fewer leads than last year.

Basically we are just trying to educate the public to soft wash roof cleaning business because a lot of homeowners are unaware of it and they are replacing their roofs prematurely.

However I will say that we have come across some bad shingles so we are going to offer cleaning or replacing the roofs in the near future $650 or $9650.
