It is amazing how you guys are doing it without using ANY pressure washing or surface cleaners! I was introduced to this service by "roof shampoo" luckily they were too expensive. Now that i'm on this forum I see that there are far more least expensive methods than i thought!

Here we go again, I used the great and magnificent Amonyx Lo from Lori at Pressure Washer Products and again, it made a job that would take me all day long into a very short 3 hours from time we arrive to the time we leave.

The roof was about 5000 sq.ft. of asphalt shingles.

Again, using that great product from Lori, it helped cut back on the amount of chemicals used for the job and held the chemicals there to do their job.

We used less than 1/2 of the chemicals we would normally use for a roof that large.

When doing roof cleaning here in Corpus Christi Texas, it is amazing how the people will react when they see their roofs cleaned with the No Pressure Cleaning methods, no damage cleaning is the way to have it done. This customer told me that he was very cautious about having his roof cleaned because there are some people here claiming that they are using soft washing or low pressure cleaning on the roofs but 6 months later most of the granules are gone from the roof, the roof looks black (from the granule loss) and they are very upset for those unscrupulous contractors lying about what they know and what they can do.

This customer told me that he was so happy to see his roof cleaned that he wanted to hug and kiss me but he restrained himself, thank goodness.     hahahahaha
He was not sure that the roof washing would really clean without damage but he is another happy customer.

He will be telling all his neighbors at both houses he owns about the great roof cleaning job that Superior Power Washing did for him and how he is very thankful to the realtor that recommended me as I have done roof cleaning for him and his clients to help sell houses.

It is just amazing stuff!

I am adding about 1 quart to a 50 gallon mix, that is about all I need.

Just the love, water and Hang Tite and the roofs come out great!

I don't remember the prices, call Lori at Pressure Washer Products and order some.

I think that they are only selling it in 5 gallons and larger quantities, it is thick and if it was me, I would not sell it in smaller than 5 gallon quantites as you will waste a lot trying to stop at 1 gallon here and there, easier to fill a 5 gallon container.

Some guys have used the Hang Tite for house washing and other uses, I will look into that also.

The other job I posted about, I was going to take the after pictures after the rain that was supposed to happen but never did. I will go out there next week and see how it looks for the after pictures.

The customer sent me an email and really loved her "new roof".

It is nice to get those great comments from Roof Cleaning jobs here in Corpus Christi Texas. I wish all customers would write comments for me like that for the website.

I think homeowners are uneducated around here, many just pay the 4K to get a new roof, a day later, new roof, crews around here swarm in and 8 hours later a 3000sq foot house is done.

Great money for roofers, but many are illegals making a buck.

Little off subject but let me know how the roof damage is after the storm.I new and still getting my equiptment and education but I gotta eat mean time,I sell roofs for the highest bidder. thanks for your help
