It is at the TOP of the page.
It is great to be number 1 Search Result, but you MUST be at least in what Don Campbell calls the 7 Pack.
Then you need a nice web site that makes your point quickly.

YOU were "easy" to fix Chris, but in a more competitive market, you really need SEO pros like Don and Randy from expand2web.
Their reasonable fee is a Tax write off, and will pay for itself many times over.
Remember Chris, every page of your web site need name and the SAME address you used on Google Local ?
Don talks about this on his Blog and free EBook, calls it "building a circle of trust" with Google.
A Google Map showing the same location you use on Google Local on at least the home page will be nice too, but don't know if your web site will allow for the embedding of one ?

Work on those keywords, like we talked about Chris, glad to see you back in the 7 Pack for both roof cleaning and pressure washing !

Im flat awful in the google maps results.

My biggest problem is I live in a small town 30 miles from my target area.

I actually have a listing in another middle size town that is an hour from here. It pulls up better than my hometown listing.

This is good to know, thanks Chris.

My website usually ranks good but I want and need it to rank better but most importantly is to get the phone ringing or people filling out the form on the website for me to give them free estimates on roof cleaning in corpus christi texas.

Just having them view the website is ok, calling or filling out the forms is a lot better because now you have contact with them and that contact can turn out to be jobs and even more important, long term clients.

Google has actually been calling me a lot lately offering some of their newer advertising options.  I got to asking one rep about how to rank better on the map.  She said you need to fill out as much info as possible, even if it seems unnecessary.  Put your hours of operation, payments accepted, videos, pictures, phone numbers, ect....and ask everyone who has a gmail account to leave reviews...

I like how your roof cleaning page has a completely different url address. 
I can imagine that helps a great deal with your search engine ranking.

Only suggestion I would make and Chris probably would agree, change 

LOW PRESSURE ROOF CLEANING

to:

NO PRESSURE ROOF CLEANING

You need to separate yourself from the hacks who call their roof cleaning so called "low pressure" and they swear up and down they don't damage shingles when in fact they are using 500-2500 psi, pressure washing each shingle.
