I buy whole 12 to 14 lb Rib Eye loins, then get them cut into steaks. I pay only 3.39 a pound, it is Economy Beef, meaning itt is grass vs grain fed. The meat is a bit tougher, but Rib Eye is tender anyway. The grass fed beef has a good flavor to it, and it gets cooked on a charcoal grill, actually a little Hibachi that gets hot as hell! Only takes a few minutes on a 1 inch steak to see the juices bubbling, YUM! Slap us a couple big Idaho Taters in Microwave and put REAL butter on it, and get a bunch of green onions, and this old roof cleaner is good to go! Mama made some Pecan Pie for dessert, with creamy cool whip !
Life is good for us, at the moment, we have 2 BIG commercial roof cleaning jobs going, and both our roof cleaning trucks are tied up into next week! WE dont usually chase commercial roof cleaning work, but these 2 jobs found US.
