New services and discounts for 2010

sounds great, but don't give too much away. We advertise in the local Pennysaver weekly. At the beginning of each month we run a $25.00 off coupon on roof cleanings, we pull it out for the remainder of the month. This has worked well for us. We also advertise "free fungus removal" from overhangs occasionally. This works well and also gives us an out on the oxidaton stains, which we charge an additional $2.00 per lineal ft.

Awesome Gary!! Decks can be very profitable and rewarding to clean and seal. If you need to know how to do them, check out the pressure washing institute forum. It has great info from experienced cleaners. Low pressure and PH balance FTW!!!

It is always good to have more than source of income for your business. I also offer these services and they are very profitable. You will find that once you are at the customer's home it is a lot easier to sell them on more cleaning services. Sometimes if they seem to be a hard sell you can offer them a slightly discounted price for performing more than one cleaning service. I like to up sell a house wash or something I just sold the front of a house for like 35 bucks I was there and already set up didn't take more than 10 minuets to complete its a lot of fun to see what you can get
