This job I did estimate on the phone. Didnt know she had this stylle home. LOL! Sodium Hypochlorite was in the house wash mix so it did work. Was before I got into the forums.

What do you do to increase the dwell time of the chimicals when the roof pitch is so steep?

Dwell time should always be the same unless u  rinse, why  would you  rinse? increase surfacant,  I would do  the shingles first  before the house wash  then come back  and hit it again if need be...  np with this style roof ,  trust  the LOVE

I always rinse, and sometimes I put it on and come back the next day to rinse. Alot of guys put it on and dont rinse. For me it just depends on the condition of the roof.
