These homes are pretty big and two floors up.....would really have to be in front of them but here goes.....First...$675 second..... $640..... third.....$640..... fourth around $ 700......Fifth .....around $600... all nice homes and alot of roof...I may be to cheap.
500 600 600 600 500 #s 2 and 3 could be trickey with the shingle under the eaves but ist hard to tell with only one picture and no picture of the backs of the houses i would sur charge each house $50 and rent a lift for the weekend and get them all done in two days im shure each customer would be more than happy if you told them they are only being charged $50 for a lift to help protect there expencive roof those roofs would be tough to shoot from a ladder you will probably have to walk them if you dont rent a lift

One can never tell IF ya can walk a roof, until you try getting on it. My employees are athletic young men ( My Son) and his helper. BOTH are veteran roof guys. We are veteran roof cleaners and ridge walkers, and we would crawl up the valleys to get to the ridges. Once on the ridges, we will simply spray down to coat the roof. I have real bad Osteoarthritis in my right wrist, basically one handed. My roof cleaning days are over. But, in MY day, I would eat those roofs alive
I think Billy from H2O suggestion to rent a lift is a good one Clyde. It really is better for the roof, and your own safety. Plus, it LOOKS a lot more professional. You can get great deals on weekly lift rental. But make SURE you get committment from the customers first.
Good Job Clyde, I am proud of you Buddy!
You are a real go getter!
Those are gonna make great before/after roof cleaning pics for your new roof cleaning portfolio!!!
We here at Elite would charge between 750-1200 for those roof easly, 1) the roof color goes into cost, the direst roof here is very light colored and you might have to hit it twice 2) The pitch are all around 7-12s with steepest being a 9-12 lots of landscaping , I know i would not do any of those under $750 -$800 and that is a excellent price more than likely i would bid these jobs High( high $900 to even $1050) then negotiate with gutter cleaning and putting my sign in the yard. every bid is different for me according to cust...

I never disclose any prices that I charge for Roof Cleaning simply because of way too much competition in our area. My best suggestion to you or anyone else would be to find out what the going rate is in your own personal areas and charge accordingly. A $100.00 Roof Cleaning Here may be $300.00 further up north or out West etc... If you have no competition then God Bless you. Figure in the amount of chems, labor etc... and what YOU NEED to make per hr or per day to make your business not only run but grow.

Chris recently I started using a safety harness, ropes and rope grabs on almost all jobs. I would feel perfectly safe doing all those jobs I posted. It's just the safe thing to do, one fall were done. I like being on the roof working. you can just as easy fall off the ladder by slipping on your hose, or missing a ladder rung on the way down which I often do allot, it's all dangerous.
I appreciate everyone's guestimates on these roofs I posted, I am going to take all your advise. I hope they will be willing to pay that kinda money? you would think!
I sold this roof this morning, would like to guestimate what i sold it for? i will also do the gutters, aprox time to complete 3 hrs tops... total mix 90-100 gallons.. I will post after pics when finished...

I would say between $500-600. Looks super easy to walk, dormers won't be to bad, and not much vegitation. Looks pretty cut and dry. Love to see after pictures, have fun cleaning.

Why are you guys using 100 gallons of cleaner? I cleaned several roofs now and I have only used 30-40 gallons of cleaner to do a average size roof. I have been using a 10 gallon per minute, 40 degree pressure washer nozzle to spray it on and I have hardly no run off. the reason I know this is because I only have a 35 gallon tank 40 when its overfilled and then I still have some left over to wash the house.
But I'm also up on the roof working and being careful of the overspray. I know some of those tips really puts it on heavy and lots of run off. then again maybe I'm not putting it on heavy enough, but they are comming clean and one side is always very dirty.
