SWEET! Nice job Nick. I wish all the Roof Cleaning contractors in Pinellas and in Tampa would take note of how great a Non Pressure Roof Cleaning can make such a big difference verses Pressure Washing a Roof. Keep up the great work!

Looks like those roofs are pretty big. How much time do you have in them?

The first roof was 3100 sq ft and filthy black with mildew. It took 150 gal of mix to get it clean. It took us 40 min up on the roof then we cleaned the Deck & Cage Driveway & Walks on a corner property.

The second roof was actually larger @ 3500 sq ft but not as dirty, and only took 65 gal to complete and about 25 min to do. My mix for boh jobs was a 60 love/40 water & 1 38oz bottle of Dawn, my roof cleaning tank is only 100 gal so some times I have to re mix if I cant get it done with that amount of mix.

I put it on with a phelps wand wich is just a pvc wand with a 45 degree bend on the end, and I use a Delvan pump and 1/2 inch chemical hose.
