On Saturday September 20th All Surface Pressure Cleaning Inc. Performed a Non Pressure Roof Cleaning on all the Tile Roofs surrounding the Feather Sound Square Plaza in Clearwater Florida. The last time these Tile Roofs were Cleaned was 3yrs ago and they were cleaned by using high Pressure. It took 2 men with 1 Pressure Washer and a lift bucket almost 4 weeks to clean all of the Tiles. We started at 6:30 am and finished the entire plaza at 7:15 pm. We used 1 lift bucket, 4 people and a little over 525 gals of Roof Cleaning mix. I will say we were all a bit worn out by the end of the day but the results made it all worth while. I've attached a few before and after pictures. The tiles are over 20yrs old and over time and because of harsh Pressure Washing methods they have lost some of their original texured coloring but they still came out very clean.
