 $100.00 to $125.00 depending on how busy we are that day, min $100 bucks.

Depends on the experience.  My son whom I trained to clean roofs works with me we switch jobs from time to time.  I pay him approx 25% of the job profit.   I have used others whom didn't have the experience and paid them $10 to $12 per hour depending on the persons abilities.

Ditto on what Nick said. I've got one guy that sometimes only gets $50.00- $75.00 for a few hrs if we get done early. Even then it's gotta be at least a $350- $450.00 Gross job. Most of the time I will scheduled Roof Cleaning and Pressure Cleaning jobs together to make up a real good grossing day. It's worth paying the extra couple of dollars to make a few hundred or more on the gross. after all, we are in business to make money and have tons of expenses that our helpers do not have.

I pay at least $20.00 an hour & guess what I`m the grounds guy. I trained my man (No offense Lori) to run up & down the ladder while I water the daisies.

Sounds like most of us are on the same page.  I pay my guys about the same.
