Very carefully, after 20 years you learn to walk lightly. On flat tiles I try not to walk on them at all but if you have to walk on them never step in the middle of the tile. and on the barrel they are more forgiving but if you walk in the crevice you have a better chance of not breaking them just cracking a few. noting some one part urethane wont tale care of
Doug, speaking only for myself, I do not rinse when doing a Roof Cleaning. My customers already know what to expect ahead of time on how it will look when I am finished and how it will look when mother nature rinses off all the dead mold and algae residue. Pretty much like a Doctor who performs a plastic surgery and tells their patients what to expect right after surgery. It's gonna take a little time immediately after the Roof Cleaning treatment but in the end it will look great.
THANKS FOR THE REPLY. I was just wondering how to handle that. I'm thinking of starting a business in my area. I'm in Ohio and there alot of dirty roofs. I didn't know if I should start off rinsing than move away from it. I would think it would be hard to convince a neighbor to do theirs if the first job doesn't show imediate results. Thanks
