I had a question.  I am going to make 40 gallons of Apple Cider Sauce.  However, the SH I have is only 10% instead of 12.5%.  Should I use more than the normal 15 gallons of SH since it is weaker or not?  Will 10% SH even work?  I have never used 10%, but cannot get my hands on 12.5% right now.  I still have 6 gallons of 12.5% SH so would it be ok to mix the 12.5% & 10% to make the love?  Just checking.  Thanks!

Yes, it would work. You'll have to change your mixture, just add more 10%.

Use 18 gallons of 10%, 22 gallons water or

6 gallons of 12.5%, 11 gallons 10%, 23 gallons water

Either way should work fine.

Mike,

Thanks for the information about mixing the 10% and 12.5%!  I followed your advice and it worked great!  However, I foolishly forgot to take a before pic of the roof!!  I drove by today and the roof looks great, but I have no before and after pics!  Haha...I guess I will learn.  Thanks again Mike for the information!  I greatly appreciate it!

I think everyone seems to forget that first house. You must be too busy worrying about doing everything right to remember to take the pictures. I forgot my first two! It still bugs me to this day!
