just wondering if concrete tiles need a stronger apple cider mix than usual to get clean?

Here in the States it does. I'm sure if differs in all regions. I would suggest increasing the SH until you reach a level that works. This will prevent in over mixing whjle not having it too strong. Waste cost $$$$$
