Chemical for NON-Pressure roof cleaning?

I see you guys are using a non-pressure roof wash and wanted to know what it is, how long do you leave it on the roof before rinsing, how to rinse it off, how long do you tell your customer it will stay clean, how safe it is for flower beds and plants?
