I don't understand why he just doesn't use a turbo Nozzle to Clean the Roof!

He's like 4" from the roof , is that water running down or granules LOL at least he thinks about safety for himself and wears a safety harness

I just lost a bid to a guy like this. 4000 sq ft tile roof at a local mosque. Guy came in $200 higher than me too. I drove by last Wednesday and he and his buddy were up there blasting away. I dunno.

It was the customers loss, they will learn the hard way NOT to have a roof pressure washed!

Thanks for the welcome Chris. Quite ironic that today I drove past the mosque and the same guys were up on the roof with a trowel and a bucket of what seemed cement. They were obviously attempting to repair the damage up there

Same here. My competitors don't have a clue.

Here's two guys in my area.

The guy spraying the roof with straight pressure using no chemicals has actually been in business longer than I have. Unbelievable he still gets work. He must be a good con-artist.

The other guy x-jetting the roof with a very weak solution of sodium percarbonate and pressure washing afterwards has been cleaning roofs like this for six years!

It never ceases to amaze me. I b elieve customer education is the key. At first I would say more than 99% of people who I speak to always ask if I pressure wash roofs. NOw that all of my literature has "non-pressure" written on it, it begs them to ask the question'is there a difference?'

I hear you on that one, I have a couple of company's the same thing. One is called roof glo, the guy has a storage unit at the same location I have, seen him today. They use pressure washers also plus it takes me 2 hours to do a roof, it takes them 8 plus because they do the same thing as the guy in the first posting put that is up to them.

ROFL!!! I can't beleive he wore a harness on that almost flat roof, but uses a washer. Someones priorities were a little off. I feel bad for the guy, you know?? I used to do that crap....Now I wonder which credible distributer sold him on the PW tip method??

That is the difference here guys we arn't lying to people to sell soap. Then they tell you all this phosphate, ethenal and Oxygenators are biodegradable!!! So is my poop, I wonder if I should spray that on a roof.....but wait....too much poop kills the grass from over nitrating??? WOw no wonder people are confused!!!

To many hippies selling fantasys instead of truth?? Just like those hybrid cars. Hey yeah a nickle ion battery is great for the enviroment!!! bury one in your back yard today!!!!

I have lost a lot of confidence in companys I thought were good honest business, just because they lied to me about roof cleaning. Some of them are actuall members of our board and will sell you a pitch witch and a bucket of poop in a heartbeat.

It's called lies and I for one will move on to other business that are honest and diligent. If your selling crap, then watch out for THE TRUE POWER OF HONESTY comming at you, your customers and their custmoers.

The truth is out there all around us and eventually people see it.

I am tired of having to send 2 bulletins and a link to get people to see the truth. Here in MD we are beating out our competitors all the time. They go meet em, we talk to em on the phone and win!!! Honesty strikes again. SO go ahead tell your lies distributers and non safe method users. Tell them you know better when all you do is read my posts and then try to compete!!! I tell them the truth and they tell me I seem to know what I am talking about better even if you know my method, because you havn't done your due diligence and your stealing our ideas wihtout even a thank you!!! To all contractors reading this post who never thanked any of us for our hard work and stole our hard work and ideas. You are going to lose!!! Because that is how reality works for liers, cons and bull**iters Take your $300 premade rig thats going to break within a year and BRING IT ON!!!
I have 300 gallons of SH ready to go to work right now, and the jobs lined up to use em. And yes you lost all 17 of those service magic bids to me!!!! because I am not hiding in the shadows on the board or in the bushes listening to others pitches!!! I am the ONLY PROUD RCIA CERTIFIED CONTRACTOR IN MD and I will beat you all every time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have just cut our SH price from our distributer in half!!! As of Monday you won't be able to try and undercut me anymore!!! so to the 5 of you out there to try and undercut me and tell my customers (not yours lol) that I am full of it. You are going to have to do better!!!

Too those couple contractors in MD that were doing this before the RCIA started and are honest, thank you for being you and I will see you on the top!!! I am on your side to flush out the liers and swindlers!!

I just started posting on craigslist and backpage in my local area. There are a couple of other roof cleaners on there and they post pictures of the pitch witchs etc in action so I made my own version of them... lol it's so funny cause I got quite a nasty voicemail from somebody about how I don't know 'wtf' I'm doing lol ... 'ok dude'

I recently did a job where they first called "roof shampoo" to give them an estimate. The roof was a single story but a 9/12 pitch. The guy from roof shampoo told them it cant be cleaned because of the roof not being walkable.

So needless to say i performed the job with flying colors and the customer was very happy. Sorry no pics.

the customer said to me I dont understand how they are in business. I said me niether. How can you say you clean roofs and get to a job a say it cant be done.

This is why i love this site and all the information here we all must strive to be the best to represent this site the way it should be represented. Remember your work speaks for yourself and nobody else. Be proud to be part of the RCIA.........
